Good Sand.

Set up:
Great place to set up on the grass away from the beach and to roll up kites out of the wind.
 
Kiting Level:
Intermediate (able to kite upwind) only or with a Certified Instructor.

No good landing zones downwind.

Power lines and narrow beach to west side.

Shallow a good distance out.
Be aware of swimmers in Summer season. It can get crowded.
